As you recover and start to rebuild from Hurricane Harvey, the last thing we want you worried about is your bill. You can extend your due date, and we’ll also work with you on a longer-term payment plan.

Bill Assistance
If you weren’t affected by Harvey but need help paying your bill, give us a call. We can set up a deferred payment plan or connect you to a social agency partner for assistance.

Deposits
Qualifying low-income customers may pay deposits over two equal installments. Customers may have their deposit waived if they are 60 years of age or older. Additional waivers are available. Please call 1-888-398-5370 to learn more and see if you qualify.
