- TXU Energy account number(s)
- Date of birth
- Mother's maiden name
- Driver's license number
- Last four digits of social security number (or Tax ID for sole proprietorship businesses)

How I can lower my bill with small energy-efficient changes?

I didn't receive my bill. What do I do?There are several options available to you. If you have already signed up for a MyAccount, just login and view your billing history, payment history, current balance or due date, make a payment, or download and print your bill. Don't have a MyAccount? Create one now. You can also contact us to verify your address and request a duplicate bill.
