Innovative tool helps redefine customer experience
TXU Energy is delivering superior customer service online and two national organizations have recognized the company’s efforts.
Judges in the 2013 Web Marketing Association’s WebAward contest say the TXU Energy MyAccount sets a standard in the energy industry. The award recognizes “the standard of excellence for which all websites should strive.”
Meanwhile, consumers selected by E Source rated TXU Energy’s website as the most user-friendly among all active retail electricity providers in Texas. E Source is a Colorado-based electric and gas utility research and consulting firm that has benchmarked utility websites since 2002.
