Having trouble signing into your TXU Energy MyAccount?
Here are some helpful tips:
- If you've forgotten your username, click on the forgot Username link in the MyAccount sign in area. You'll be asked to enter your registered email address and your Username will be emailed to that address.
- If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password link by the MyAccount sign in area. You'll then be asked for your Username and an answer to one of your three security questions. Once you enter your new password, you'll be signed-in to MyAccount with a message stating your password was reset successfully.
If you're not sure you've signed up for a TXU Energy MyAccount, you can click here to enter your account number. If you already have a MyAccount, you'll be notified after entering your Account Number. Otherwise, you'll be able to continue following the process to set up your MyAccount.
Note that from time to time, we perform site maintenance -- during these times you may not be able to sign in to MyAccount or the TXU Energy Mobile App.
