² $50 Welcome Bonus - You will receive a physical or digital postcard with information needed to redeem your Visa® prepaid reward card. You have 90 days from the first day of your electricity service on your new plan to redeem your bonus and select to receive it via a physical or digital reward card by going online or giving us a call. If you do not redeem the reward within 90 days, you will not receive it. Your $50 reward card will be issued within five weeks after TXU Energy has received payment in full of your first month’s bill.
