How soon can I start service?

The open enrollment period is July 31–Sept. 10, 2023. You can learn about new providers and sign up for a plan in that time. If you haven’t signed up with a new provider by Sept. 10, you’ll be automatically enrolled as a customer with a default provider. However, you still have the option to sign up with your preferred provider after this date. Your service will be switched over from LP&L on your October billing cycle day automatically, so you don’t have to worry about contacting them once you’ve signed up with us.
