When you use our sites and services, you consent to our data practices as explained in this Notice and in our Terms of Use.

When we make changes to this Notice, we will post the updated Notice with the effective date on our websites. By continuing to use our sites following the posting of our changes, you accept and agree to the practices in the updated Notice.

We collect personal information for business purposes when you interact with our company, including providing you with retail, commercial, and industrial energy services, supporting our energy business, and communicating with our business contacts. We take technical and organizational precautions designed to protect your personal information. We implement and maintain reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information that we collect, use, retain, transfer, or otherwise process.

However, data security incidents and breaches can occur due to a variety of factors that cannot reasonably be prevented; therefore, our safeguards may not always be adequate to prevent all security breaches.


Our products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we discover that they have provided us with personal information on our websites, we will delete that information.

Email Marketing—When and if we request an email address from you, you will be given the opportunity to indicate whether or not you wish to receive future email solicitations from us. You may also opt out of commercial emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the email. Separately, we may send you emails for other reasons, including, but not limited to, servicing your energy account with us.
