² Move-in Bonus: Up to $200 Visa® prepaid reward card on select plans. You will receive a physical or digital postcard with information needed to redeem your Visa® prepaid reward card. You have 90 days from the first day of your electricity service on your new plan to redeem your bonus and select to receive it via a physical or digital reward card by going online or giving us a call. If you do not redeem the reward within 90 days, you will not receive it. Your $200 reward card will be issued within five weeks after TXU Energy has received payment in full of your first month’s bill. To receive your bonuses, you must be in good standing and not pending cancellation and retain the qualifying plan at the time of reward processing.
