TXU Energy is a Texas-based company with a longstanding commitment to doing the right things for our customers and the communities we serve. That’s why we’ll donate $50 to the non-profit of your choice when any qualified household signs up with TXU Energy through your organization’s designated TXU Energy Support and Savesm website.
Is my non-profit organization eligible to participate in the TXU Energy Support and SaveSM program?
TXU Energy would love to have the non-profit organization of your choice participate in the TXU Energy Support and SaveSM program. Please contact your organization program administrator or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know if your group is currently participating in the program. (Note: A non-profit organization must have a TXU Energy Support and Savesm website provided by TXU Energy to participate.)
How do I know if I my household qualifies to participate in the TXU Energy Support and SaveSM program?
It’s easy! if you’re new to TXU Energy and live in a deregulated area that is serviceable by TXU Energy, you’re eligible.
How do I sign up my Non-Profit organization for the TXU Energy Support and SaveSM Program?

When does TXU Energy pay my non-profit organization once I am enrolled?
The non-profit organization you designate will receive a one-time donation of $50 approximately thirty (30) days after you pay your first bill as a new TXU Energy customer. You need to remain a TXU Energy customer in order for your organization to qualify for payment.
Can TXU Energy split the $50 and donate it to two different non-profit groups?
No, a donation for $50 will be made to your non-profit of choice and on your behalf once you enroll with TXU Energy through your organization’s unique TXU Energy Support and Savesm website.
How will my donation be used?
Participating organizations choose how they wish to spend funds donated to them similar to other fundraising events.
Do I need to notify my about non-profit about my participation?
No, we’ll take care of everything for you. Once you sign up with TXU Energy through your organization’s unique TXU Energy Support and SaveSM website, your non-profit’s program administrator will receive notification that you have participated in the program.
How do I tell others about the program?
Contact your non-profit’s program administrator for program materials or email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll help you get the word out.
