What is the Cash Back Loyalty Reward Card, and how often do I get a new card?

You're on a plan that includes a cash back reward. As long as your account is current on a qualifying plan, you'll get a prepaid card at the beginning of the year based on the amount of electricity you purchased during the previous year. If you don't receive your card by the end of February, call 888-507-7333.
