Safe Price Promise
TXU Energy doesn't have variable rate plans, and we have our exclusive Safe Price Promise on some TXU Energy month-to-month plans to give you total freedom and even greater peace of mind. Our Safe Price Promise means your pricing formula won't change for at least the first six months you're on the plan, except in the limited circumstance of a change in law or regulatory charges, and you still enjoy the freedom of a month-to-month plan. Total Satisfaction Guarantee
When you sign up with TXU Energy, if you're not completely happy with your residential service, you can choose another plan or you can switch for free. Just call us and cancel before the due date of your first bill and, even if you signed a long-term contract, we'll waive any early cancellation fees. You'll only pay for the electricity that you use.

Advance Personal Notice
At TXU Energy, we give all of our month-to-month customers the security of Advance Personal Notice. Unlike other providers' variable rate plans, TXU Energy will notify you in writing at least two weeks in advance if your month-to-month electricity rate has to change. If you decide to change plans, we'll have time to help you find the plan that best meets your needs.
