Q: Why is the TXU Energy Rewards+® program ending?
A: So that we may focus on bringing you even better rewards in the future.

Q: When is the program ending?
A: The TXU Energy Rewards+® program will deposit Rewards+ Dollars in eligible members' accounts through October 31, 2009. The last day to login and redeem your remaining Rewards+ Dollars will be December 31, 2010.

Q: When is the last time I can make a purchase through the Rewards+ program?
A: Any Rewards+ Dollars not redeemed by December 31, 2010, will expire and the TXU Energy Rewards+® program will terminate.

Q: When will Rewards+ Dollars stop being deposited into my account?
A: Rewards+ Dollars for the remainder of 2009 (October, November and December) will be deposited into eligible members’ accounts in October, 2009.

Q: I recently booked one of the following through Rewards+: airfare, car rental, vacation, hotel, cruise, etc. Will my booking still be honored?
A: Yes. All bookings that are made before the end of the program on December 31, 2010, will be honored. If you have additional questions, please call TXU Energy Rewards+® customer service at 1-800-425-9816.

Q: Is there another rewards program taking the place of the TXU Energy Rewards+® program?

A: Rewards+ Dollars can only be used to make purchases online or via phone: 1-800-425-9816. Rewards+ Dollars have no cash value.

Q: What happens to my remaining Rewards+ Dollars?
A: All Rewards+ Dollars will expire on December 31, 2010.
