If you select this feature, and have SMS service from one of the supported Carriers (T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS, Cellular One Dobson and Cricket), you will receive periodic Alerts regarding selected service and/or promotional notifications that will be sent to the mobile phone number that you provided when you enrolled, combined with your handheld's text messaging capabilities. Message & data rates may apply. You can expect approximately 20 messages per month. If you change your Mobile phone Service Provider the service may be deactivated and you will need to re-enroll in the notification service. TXU Energy reserves the right to cancel the notification service at any time; you may cancel (Opt Out) the service by just texting the word "STOP" to: 436749 from your mobile phone or editing your online profile on TXU.com.
