Thermostat Savings Chart

TXU Energy recommends a thermostat setting of 78°F when using air conditioning and a thermostat setting of 68°F when heating is used.  For example a thermostat setting of 75°F may cost up to 3% or more than a setting of 78°F on air conditioning costs. Use this thermostat chart to measure your potential costs or savings by adjusting your thermostat setting.
