     Customer Name and Account Number - Your name, account number and invoice number will appear at the top of each page. Use this information when interacting with TXU Energy to identify your account.
     Account Summary - A financial summary of your account including previous balances, payments and current charges.
     Customer Communications - Personalized messages from TXU Energy regarding your account and information about our service offerings.
     How to Contact Us - A listing of convenient ways to interact with TXU Energy.
     TXU Energy AidSM - Important information regarding the TXU Energy AidSM program and how you can contribute.
     Total Amount Due - The total amount due on your account. Includes all current and previously unpaid amounts.
     Due Date - The date that the Total Amount Due should be received by to prevent late fees.
     Payment Messages - Important messages regarding the processing of your payment and additional payment options will appear here.

     Account Summary Page - A listing of your ESI IDs and service addresses with consumption and financial summary that rolls up to the master invoice (this summary applies to customers with multiple ESI IDs only).
     Account Detail - A financial detail of your account including a list of all credits and debits applied to your invoice during the invoice period. Note: You will see a separate account detail page for each ESI ID.
     Debits - The total debits amount. Includes charges such as late fee, account adjustments, deposits, and installment.
     Service Location Detail - Information regarding the location where your service is delivered.
     Average Price Paid - This is the average price paid for electricity (per kWh) for this service period. This value on your invoice represents the specific consumption and pricing for a given month on your plan which could vary from month to month. Reasons for these differences vary, but can include seasonal pricing, fixed customer charges, changes in consumption, and changing demand charges.
     Electric Service (Commercial) - Information regarding the current charges including meter details and usage.
     Charges - The TXU Energy plan you are currently enrolled on, a listing of charges associated with your plan and any additional products and services.
     Commercial Total - The total amount invoiced for commercial charges associated with your TXU Energy plan and additional products and services.
     Electric Service (Distribution) - Information regarding the charges from the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (not TXU Energy) if applicable based on plan type.
     Distribution Total - The amount invoiced by the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider if applicable based on plan type.
     Total Current Charges - The total current charges due including the current debits, commercial total and distribution total (if applicable based on plan type).
