City Inspection

Two types of inspections may be required before your ''Move In'' service request can be completed.

• Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
• City Meter Inspection

TXU Energy will help expedite your service request.

Inspection certification sent to Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP)

Your city inspector will provide your inspection results to your local Transmission and Distribution Service Provider within three to five business days of your inspection request.

If your TDSP does not receive notification of the CO or inspection permit within 20 business days of your account set-up, your service request will be cancelled.
