Report a Power Outage

In anticipation of possible electric system outages that can be caused by storms, TXU Energy reminds and encourages its customers to call and report outages, should they occur.  The TXU Energy toll-free telephone number for outage reporting is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers should report any outages by calling 1-800-711-9112.  TXU Energy will immediately report power outage calls on behalf of its customers to local utilities.
