Do you want credit for making everyday energy changes? Well, now you can get it. TXU Energy is committed to helping the Texas environment and our customers.

In conjunction with a new or renewed contract (minimum of 12 month term), you can receive energy efficiency rebates by retrofitting to accepted and proven energy-efficient technologies, including but not limited to compact fluorescent lamps, T5 and T8 fluorescent lamps, LED exit signs, programmable thermostats, high-efficiency HVAC* and vending machine controls. Installing energy-efficient equipment is a sustainable way to conserve energy with equipment that lasts a long time and begins producing savings right away.

How The Program Works

• Sign a new or renewal contract (minimum of 12 month term) with TXU Energy.
• Install the energy efficiency upgrades.
• Complete and send in the application. (You will receive this form along with additional documentation requirements from TXU Energy upon signing a new or renewal contract (minimum of 12 month term.) 
• TXU Energy will schedule a post-retrofit inspection, if needed.
• A rebate check will be mailed directly to you.
