Carrie Kirby serves as Vice President of Human Resources for TXU Energy.
Prior to re-joining Energy Future Holdings as Human Resource Director for TXU Energy, she led the human resources team for Skywire Software in Dallas. Carrie brings 15 years of Human Resources experience with start-up companies and executive search firms across multiple industries.

Earlier in her career, Carrie served in various human resources leadership positions where she was responsible for creating the human resource and staffing organizations and growing the companies. Kirby is a graduate of Texas Christian University with both a BBA in marketing and an MBA in statistics.
