Network of Community Ministries

On January 15, 2009, the Network of Community Ministries held their annual convocation luncheon where they recognized and thanked TXU Energy for providing their organization with $90,000 in TXU Energy Aid funds last year to help those in need in the Richardson Community.   

American Red Cross Certificate of Appreciation

TXU Energy received this award for our dedicated support of the American Red Cross, which included contributions that provided disaster relief to storm victims and helped replenish supplies in preparation for future disasters.

Tarrant County Resolution and Commendation

The Commissioners Court of Tarrant County recognized TXU Energy for our commitment to serving the local community, contributing to economic development activities, and giving donations through the TXU Energy Aid^SM program.

City of Dallas and Navidad in the Neighborhood Proclamation

The City of Dallas presented TXU Energy with a proclamation honoring the company for its dedication and support of Navidad in the Neighborhood, a nonprofit organization committed to helping low-income children.

Oak Cliff Coalition Certificate of Appreciation

Texas State Representative Roberto R. Alonzo awarded TXU Energy with a certificate of appreciation for our support of the Oak Cliff Coalition of the Arts and for sponsoring the Annual Cinco de Mayo Parade.

Hand to Heart Award for Business

The Board of Directors and Staff of the Assistance Center of Collin County recognized TXU Energy for our many years of support through the TXU Energy Aid^SM program.

Bell County Award

The County of Bell presented an award to TXU Energy recognizing both our service to the citizens of Bell County and our dedicated financial support for their Help Centers.

2007 Energy Safety Net Partner Award

TXU Energy was recognized for the third consecutive year as having the largest bill-payment assistance program in the nation among electricity companies. The National Fuel Funds Network honored TXU Energy for its TXU Energy Aid^SM program, which provides resources to meet the energy needs of low-income individuals through partnerships with community based organizations.

Travis County Resolution

The Commissioners Court of Travis County recognized TXU Energy for its community involvement, assistance, and support of programs that serve families and individuals in need.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center Corporate Award

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center presented TXU Energy with its highest recognition for corporate partners. The award recognized our support of the center, as well as our TXU Energy Aid^SM program and annual Energy Assistance Workshops.
